  • All Under Contract & Pending Sale: 309 / Low $200K / Average $852K / High $11.5M
  • All Under Contract Contingent to the Selling of Buyer’s Home: 38 / Low $275K / Average $830K / High $2.1M
  • Sold Properties: 2,513 / Low $170K / Average $660K / High $7M
  • Days on Market High: 2,739 Average Days on Market: 115
  • Sold Properties Last Year (Same 6-Month Period): 2,450 / Low $135K/ Average $646K / High $7.2M / Days on Market-High: 1,938 Average: 117

Overall Current Absorption Rate: 5.8 months of inventory if no other homes come on the market from today.  As you know, homes are listed and sold every day, so this will change as the inventory changes.
